Organisational structure
The Law Reform Commission is headed by a Chairperson, and has one full-time Commissioner and several part-time Commissioners, many of whom are judges, lawyers or academics. The Executive Director manages the day to day work of the Commission.
The Commission has a number of legal research staff, many of whom have qualifications in other disciplines as well as law.
The Attorney General has ministerial responsibility for the Law Reform Commission.
