    The Court House at Woy Woy is holding a seminar and information day on Wednesday 19th May 2004 in the foyer and courtroom of Woy Woy Court from 10.00am.

    Woy Woy Court is pleased to provide this opportunity for the community to see the renovated public areas of the building and obtain information about legal and related services on the Central Coast as part of the Attorney General’s Department’s Law Week activities.

    Woy Woy is now primarily a Childrens Court, but also has Local (adult) Court sittings and still provides the full range of local court registry and client services. Members of the public and organisations throughout the community are invited to attend this seminar starting at 10am. Please indicate your attendance for the seminar by phoning the court registry on 43440111 by Wednesday 12th May 2004 with your contact details.

    The seminar will include speakers from a range of government organisations including the Community Justice Centre, Central Coast Community Legal Centre and Office of Fair Trading, Premiers Department and Department of Juvenile Justice as well as the Registrar of the Court and Sheriff’s Officers.

    There will also be information provided by a range of organisations in the foyer during the course of the seminar allowing the public to drop in and get information about a range of Central Coast legal and related services.
