The document below is designed to give an overview of recent cases dealing with recurring issues in the Court of Appeal and provide a quick, easy and accessible reference to the jurisprudence of the Court.

The document was used to accompany a presentation of Justice Allsop at the District Court Judges' Conference in April 2010 and is an updated version of a similar document used in previous years by Justice Mason, at this annual event. From May 2010 the document will be updated on a regular basis.
