This Discussion Paper raises the question of whether national guidelines or principles should be developed for restorative justice programs or processes in criminal matters and if so, what the guidelines should be.

The National Justice CEOs Group comprises the Secretary, Director General or other Chief Executive Officers of Justice Departments. This Group invites interested individuals and organisations to make written submissions on the questions presented in this Discussion Paper.
